As the Director of Sales Operations, Somail drives profitable revenue growth by streamlining existing sales processes: governance, pricing, negotiations and contracting. He also works closely with the delivery team and engineering team to ensure that we meet and exceed client requirements. Somail came to Integron in 2018 with over twenty years of experience in organization improvement characterized by entrepreneurial business development, leadership, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.
As a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) at Integron, Jenna is tasked with total project management for Integron clients. CEMs engage with a client early in the sales cycle to provide consultative value to the solution discovery process with the sales team and customer. The CEM is responsible for on-boarding the client, becomes the single point of contact to the customer, and coordinates all of the internal resources needed to create and deploy the client’s custom IoT solution. Jenna has a degree in organizational management and previous experience in mediation and arbitration, HR solutions, and program management. Her favorite part of working at Integron is being a part of cutting edge technology and delivering innovative solutions in the IoT market. Jenna is an amateur writer and developed a lifestyle blog intended to encourage others to overcome hardships through faith, healthy relationships, and hard work. She is also an amateur actor and helps direct and perform in small skits and vignettes at local events.
As Production Floor Supervisor, Joseph oversees technical operations and high volume as he maintains ongoing production throughout the day. He is also involved with troubleshooting various processes and technical equipment while monitoring daily workflow. Joseph has an associates degree in networking technology and loves creating online content in his free time. His favorite thing about working at Integron is gaining valuable experience that has introduced him to cutting edge technology and provides new challenges every day.
As the Director of IoT Support, Eric manages a team that provides world class support to external and internal customers. He is also responsible for expanding and improving our support offerings and contributing to the company strategic projects. Eric has worked at Integron for all of his professional life, and his previous positions include senior engineer, engineering manager, operations manager, and systems development manager. His college education was in computer science. His favorite part of working at Integron is working in a dynamic environment on interesting projects and knowing that his efforts directly affect the company's success. He's also a father of teenage triplets, which keeps him busy!
As a Sales Analyst at Integron, Yigor Vinogradov works with management and sales teams to develop proposals, quotes, statements of work, and project scope documents. He is also responsible for assisting the business development team with completing the process requirements for customer engagement and onboarding, as well as coordinating with sourcing for sales quote amendments or updates. Before joining Integron in February 2019, Yigor worked as a successful Inside Sales Representative and earned a B.S. degree in International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
